1. Find a conference

You can find the conferences information in Chairin website (www.chairin.org) or log into our online Chairin System.

2. Prepare your paper

Please prepare you paper according to our guidelines, which covering the article structure, abstract, highlights and keywords

3. Submit and revise

You can submit the paper through our online Chairin System. When you log into the system, you will be taken to your “Home” page, you will find the “New submission” . Then you can fill the information for authors, the title, abstract, and keywords, and upload the required files.

If your manuscript is suitable for the conference, the editor will send your manuscript to one or more reviewers.

4. Track your submission

You can track the status of your submitted paper online through online Chairin System. When you log into the system, you will be taken to your “Home” page, you will find the “My submissions” . Then you will see the status for your manuscript and the history for your submission
