1. Get new submission from paper list

When you login to the online Chairin system, you will find the new submission assigned to you according to your respective fields.

2. Pre-assessment for the paper

Editors can recommend to immediately reject a paper if the material does not meet the standard for the requirements.

3. Choosing reviewers

After the pre-assessment, you can invite the appropriate reviewers according to their respective fields through our system. You should ideally choose at least two reviewers to provide a report.

4. Review process and make decisions

Once the reviewer’s comments come back, Editor’s can make the decision to major revision, minor revision, accept or reject a paper for publication based on the reviews and their own view on the paper.
