Its users are authors, reviewers, and editors. The current version supports as following:
a) Authors submit manuscript files, as well as act on revision requests.The Corresponding Author is the person who is responsible for the manuscript as it moves through the submission process. All correspondence pertaining to the manuscript will be sent to him/her via the system.

Editors use the system to review submissions, assign to reviewers, and make and communicate decisions to accept, revise, transfer or reject manuscripts. Editors can also send email to the authors and reviewers.
